MyAccount is a web-based application which allows users to search and download documents (e.g. invoices, etc) from participating companies in one central location. Designed exclusively for the WA wholesale fruit and vegetable industry, MyAccount is the primary method of retrieving new and old documents with the click of a button. MyAccount is available 24/7 which means you no longer have to wait to get a copy of the document that you urgently need.

Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with the best and most useful content and services. Several of the services and features that we offer on our sites require you to provide us with information as a condition of usage. These include access to restricted areas and email newsletters.

We collect personally identifiable information, such as your buyer/grower code, name, business/company name, ABN, postal address, telephone number, fax number, mobile number, and email address when you provide it to us.

As part of our goal to provide you with the best and most useful content and services, we log all of your browsing activity when you use MyAccount. For this, we log your IP address, IP PTR (reverse DNS) record, username, date and time, and the URL you visited. This information is used to analyse what areas of our sites are used most frequently, and assists us in identifying and resolving errors that may occur.

Once you register with the MyAccount service, you are no longer anonymous to us.

Your Internet browser has a feature called cookies, which stores small amounts of data on your computer about your visit to any of our sites. You will not be able to use the MyAccount website if you do not have cookies enabled.
